Did you know that postpartum anxiety is more common than postpartum depression?

Anxiety can present in breastfeeding in many ways. Here are just a couple...
- Worry about milk transfer despite adequate weight gain
- Excessive written or digital tracking of feedings and pump sessions (beyond the first couple of weeks when weight gain is on track)
