Last month, 175+ advocates, providers, and community leaders gathered to explore the intersection of health and housing.
Over two days of keynotes, panels, and connection, we moved toward collective solutions—and a future rooted in health, hope, and dignity.

Monique, our Senior Director of Homeless Services, and Jayda, a wonderful volunteer in our Day Center, represented CFHH at Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston 'HHH's summit, "Health + Housing". With multiple speakers, sessions, and workshops, attendees could learn more about street medicine, the health-housing connection, mental health care, aging on the streets, and so much more. HHH, thank you for including us in your event!
