How can we live as vitally well with as little as possible? Find out how here 💪🏻 Enliven Wellness started when I was very lost and very sick. I felt alone.

I felt afraid. There were days when I didn't think I could go on. I kept telling myself there was a purpose. I kept picking myself up and moving forward. I went on a journey to achieve my dream of true, profound vitality. Along the way, I have picked up numerous ancient, novel, and practical tools that I use to heal and that I now apply to my clients. I'm currently getting my MSHS in Integrative Medicine from George Washington University, so this isn't just broscience. When you feel like you can't, learn that you can. The journey is hard alone. Going through my suffering now serves as my purpose; being your guide on your own journey.
