✨ New headshots… same heart for this work.

We’re a team of 10 therapists, 1 practicum student, and 1 incredible client relations specialist—all women, all deeply committed to walking alongside kids, teens, adults, and families through hard seasons and meaningful growth.

Our clinicians specialize in child therapy approaches like CCPT and Theraplay, while also offering a wide range of adult therapy modalities including EMDR, parts work, CBT, couples therapy, family therapy, and LENS Neurofeedback.

With kids, we support concerns like anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, phobias, OCD, body image struggles, disordered eating, self-esteem, and trauma.

With adults, we work through anxiety, relationship patterns, perfectionism, depression, life transitions, trauma, and learning how to feel more at home in yourself.

✨ Meet Stephanie Bravo! ✨

We’re so excited to introduce Stephanie Bravo, our Client Relations Specialist at Brittani Persha Counseling—the friendly, reassuring voice you’ll often connect with first. 💛

Stephanie brings over 10 years of experience as an educator, which she thoughtfully leans on in this role to truly listen, ask the right questions, and help match clients with the therapist who will best support their unique needs. With a strong foundation in communication, organization, and relationship-building, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their care.

When she’s not keeping us organized and on track, Stephanie loves spending time with her family and friends (most likely at a ball field somewhere with her boys), exercising, traveling, and getting lost in a good book. She’s bringing the skills and a next-level cheesecake to the position. 🍰😉

We’re so grateful to have Stephanie as part of the BPC team being the steady, caring presence helping clients get connected with the support they deserve. ✨📞

People often imagine therapy as simply talking about what happened this week.

But beneath the surface, something much deeper is happening.

It’s learning safety through a consistent, attuned relationship.
It’s developing real understanding for why certain urges or behaviors show up.
It’s practicing staying present with emotions instead of being overwhelmed by them.
It’s meeting the parts of yourself that learned to protect you — and offering them compassion rather than criticism.
It’s building trust within your own system.

This work is slow, intentional, and relational. And over time, those internal shifts begin to change how you move through the world — with others and with yourself.

This is the work beneath the surface and the work we care so deeply about.

This past year has been filled with meaningful conversations, brave steps, gentle breakthroughs, and healing that happens one moment at a time. ✨

2025 reminded us why this work matters — because you matter.

We’re deeply grateful for the trust you place in us and honored to support your family’s journey. 💛

We created these three slides as a reminder that mental health isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about noticing what supports you and gently letting go of what doesn’t.

✨ Slide 1: General mental health goals
🚫 Slide 2: What we’re leaving behind
✅ Slide 3: What we’re leaning into

Healing doesn’t mean never struggling.
It means more awareness, more compassion, and more alignment with what actually helps.

Save this for later 🤍

Which IN or OUT stood out to you most?

Kids’ books we love as child therapists — and why they’re so powerful 📚💛

Stories help kids make sense of their inner world in a way that feels safe, playful, and relatable. These are some of our favorites in the therapy room:

✨ What Ifs — teaches kids to challenge anxious “what if” thoughts.
🔥 Hello Anger — shows that anger often protects softer feelings underneath.
🎨 My Mixed Emotions — helps kids name big feelings and learn tools to navigate them.
💡 The Girl Who Made a Million Mistakes — celebrates growth mindset and learning from imperfection.
🐧 Tacky the Penguin — reminds kids (and adults!) that being different is a strength.
🌟 What Should Darla Do? — empowers kids to practice choices and understand consequences.
❤️ The Invisible String — offers comfort for separation, transitions, and grief.

Books can open doors kids didn’t know how to walk through yet.

Which one is your favorite? 📘💭

💙 September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month 💙

Together, we can create a culture where it feels safe to talk about pain and to reach for help. Every conversation, every check-in, and every moment of care matters. This month, let’s remember to notice the warning signs, ask directly, listen without judgment, stay present, and connect those at risk to professional help. Even the smallest actions can bring hope and make a difference.

If you are struggling, you are not alone. It’s okay to ask for help. Reach out today:
