Hurt, grief, failure, disappointment, these feelings, along with others must be faced in order to heal. Healing is a painful process in itself simply because you must confront these past feelings and emotions. You must go through the feelings you've kept buried. Unexpressed emotions will never go away. They are buried alive within your soul just waiting to come out usually in much uglier ways but you can take control and face these emotions on your terms, you have that capability. Oracle Wednesday is no more. Don't be sad! It will now be known as Ask Alice. I just received this message while in meditation for clients, be yourself. This message is for you all too. Just be yourself. You don't need to hide or mask who you are. I loved the old galaxy filter I used because it hid my face, now that it's gone, you guys see me and I'm no longer "the oracle", I'm just me, just Alice. That's the thing, it was always me, Alice. So be yourself and take credit for your talents. Acknowledge your strengths and embrace your weaknesses! I'm headed back to work now. See you all tomorrow 💜💫

Enough said. Even though said it beautifully I want you to really get the message. I relate to this so hard, I work nonstop and am just out here giving it my all and I know you all are too. Don't wait for validation from someone else. Take a hard look at what you've done, what you've accomplished and thank yourself. You did it, you made it. Never let your validation come from someone else. Congratulations you're one bad ass mother funker!

🥜🍿🤹‍♂️🎪This one will cut deep for alot of you. I can't begin to tell you how many women AND men I read for who are dealing with clowns. They know better, they know they're caught in some sh*tty cycle but they keep buying the popcorn and going back to the circus. They keep going back for different reasons, some feel guilty and stay. Some feel undeserving of real love, some punish themselves subconsciously etc. It all boils down to lack of self love.

If you're in a relationship with a clown, it's ok to leave the circus. You deserve more. You both do.
