Happy Thanksgiving, Houston! 🤎
We asked our team what this holiday means to them - from pumpkin pie and porch weather to family time and deeper connection.

Whatever today looks like for you, we hope it brings comfort, rest, and a little joy. 🍂

What’s one small thing you’re grateful for today? We’d love to hear. 💛

Ghosts go to therapy too. đź‘»

They talk about unfinished business,
letting go of old attachments,
and what it means to truly move on.

Turns out, even the undead can work on emotional regulation. 🕯️

🌞 Our Summer Perinatal Professionals Networking Event was such a joy! On July 23rd, we gathered at Mia’s Table with an inspiring group of professionals who are all passionate about supporting parents through every stage of the perinatal journey.

It’s always energizing to connect, collaborate, and build community with others doing this meaningful work. We’re already looking forward to the fall event!

Our hearts are with Kerrville. đź’”

Like many of you, we’ve been deeply shaken by the recent floods in Kerrville and surrounding areas. The loss of life, the missing, the families impacted - especially the children - has been heartbreaking beyond words.

Even if you weren’t directly affected, it’s normal to feel grief, fear, anxiety, or helplessness. That’s empathy - it means you care deeply. It’s why you can’t stop imagining what those families are going through or what you would do in their place.

You may find yourself holding your children tighter, avoiding anything that feels risky, or needing to unplug from the news. All of that is valid.

Please remember:
🖤 It’s okay to step back from social media and focus on your well-being.
🖤 It’s okay to talk about how you’re feeling.
🖤 You don’t have to go through hard feelings alone.

To those with personal ties to this tragedy: we are holding space for your grief. And to the first responders and volunteers—thank you for all you’re doing in the face of unimaginable loss.
