Motivation to Recovery
MTR is a free service that provides daily motivational text message phone to people in recovery from alcohol, drug addiction and mental illness. MTR “check in” asking how people are doing managing their recovery. MTR helps reduce relapse and enhances the recovery experience. The Montrose Center | Houston, TX

family recovery.
• Supported recovering families by mobilizing volunteer resources within
the community and where natural support networks are lacking.
• Gathered and analyzed information to determine special program
eligibility.
• Spearheaded the management of the database of individual/family
information and frequently used computerized systems to track details.
• Educated individuals and families on treatments, procedures, medications,
continuing care and community resources.
• Accessed information through variety of office software applications,
maintaining strict confidentiality to remain compliant with privacy
regulations
