🥰 Caring for your child's teeth during the holidays takes some intentional care , but it can be done without much effort as you go throughout your day.
Here are a few simple tips: 👇

🍭 Limit the amount of sugar intake.
🚰 Drink plenty of water, specifically after a meal, to rinse away food and bacteria and increase saliva.
🪥 Maintain your normal brushing and flossing routine (which can easily be overlooked).
