Our Story

At Zenith Case Management and Consulting, we focus on healthcare consulting and Case Management services. We help healthcare leaders of hospitals, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, home health and hospice agencies with income generating activities, strategic planning for growth, risk management, and building of a cohesive and effective team with very low rate of staff turnover. This will help to achieve by training and coaching the main stakeholders.

We provide clinical case management services and utilization management for health insurance companies, long-term care insurance and managed care organizations. We assist with Precertification and concurrent reviews for medical necessity. We do arrays of assessment that include Benefits determination, Fall risk assessment, and Ongoing medical management of clients with chronic health conditions.
