A group class to help families feel confident and prepared for feeding and caring for their newborn.

March 28: Fast Track Childbirth Education
Our one-day intensive class covering everything you need to know to prepare for labor, birth, and early postpartum.

Every Wednesday: Yoga
Included in client care and open to the public. Come breathe, stretch, and reset with us.

We gathered at the African American History Research Center at the Gregory School for a powerful conversation with Nicole Deggins, founder of Sister Midwife Productions in partnership with AARP Houston, honoring the enduring legacy of Black midwives and their foundational role in maternal health.
