Last week, our Senior Community Liaison, Amber Carter, attended the Women’s Expo in Baytown to share important mental health resources and connect with local women about wellness and support. It was a wonderful opportunity to listen, learn, and uplift one another.

Our February Lunch and Learn was a full house, and we’re grateful for the energy everyone brought to the event! Adam Clay led an engaging session on recreational therapy, highlighting activity‑based interventions that support connection, creativity and emotional well‑being. From board games and music to bracelet‑making with a one‑word mantra for the year, participants left with practical tools they can use with clients right away.
