✨ Empowering Women, Strengthening Community ✨

Last week, our Senior Community Liaison, Amber Carter, attended the Women’s Expo in Baytown to share important mental health resources and connect with local women about wellness and support. It was a wonderful opportunity to listen, learn, and uplift one another.

We’re proud to be part of a community that celebrates women, encourages connection, and continues to build a stronger, healthier future together.

Recovery doesn’t always mean stepping away from daily life. Outpatient programs offer ongoing therapy, accountability and skill‑building while you continue living at home. They can be a helpful option for someone who needs consistent support without 24/7 treatment.

If you’re wondering whether outpatient care is right for you or a loved one, we’re here to help you take the next step.

Call our intake team at 281‑404‑1001 to schedule a level‑of‑care assessment.

Our February Lunch and Learn was a full house, and we’re grateful for the energy everyone brought to the event! Adam Clay led an engaging session on recreational therapy, highlighting activity‑based interventions that support connection, creativity and emotional well‑being. From board games and music to bracelet‑making with a one‑word mantra for the year, participants left with practical tools they can use with clients right away.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event a success. If you’re interested in having Adam Clay speak to your group, contact him at adam.clay@uhsinc.com.
