🍽️ Lunch and Learn Success

Last week, we hosted a Lunch and Learn on trauma‑informed care led by Dr. LeMeita Smith, our chief operating officer in training. More than 50 community professionals joined us for a thoughtful discussion focused on understanding trauma, building awareness and strengthening supportive care practices.

Thank you to everyone who attended and continues to invest in creating environments that prioritize connection and support. We appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow together as a community.

☕️ Connecting over breakfast in The Woodlands.

We hosted a special Breakfast & Connect event for school counselors in The Woodlands. Led by our Community Liaison Adam Clay and co-hosted by Brittany Gilchrist of Peace and Purpose Counseling, the morning focused on meaningful conversations, collaboration and supporting the incredible work school counselors do every day for students and families.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn and strengthen partnerships in our community. 💚

Together, we are building stronger support systems for youth mental health.
