Brazos Towers residents recently enjoyed a delightful dining experience at Ouisie's Table, a River Oaks institution since 1973. Owner Elouise Adams has crafted an imaginative menu that reflects her born-in-Texas palate, the Gulf Coast, her grandmother's elegant Louisiana cooking, and her own "Southern foods and eclectic tendencies." With dishes like Gulf crab cakes, shrimp and grits, and New Orleans blackened red snapper, Brazos Tower residents had a refreshing taste of our regional cuisine.
