Dear Healers, you practice giving day in and day out. You give love, energy, hold space, give insight, and much more. Learning to receive has been a big part of my journey. As I became more aware of myself I noticed that when I had an opportunity to receive, I had to be open, trust, and be seen in a different way that I was use to. It felt oh so vulnerable. Receiving is something I continue to practice. I see these feelings come up for me and I use my breath to sooth my nervous system. I also notice how the discomfort of being vulnerable shows up as sensations in body. How can you practice receiving today while nurturing the discomfort that may come up for you? Love, Manisha

Hello world!

I’ve been reflecting on love and fear. I realize now how listening to our fears and being with them(although uncomfortable) can lead us to self love.

Self love for me is different from self care. Self love is loving myself through it all. Yes, there are times where I look back and say I could have added more love there, or I forgot to love myself there. This is all a part of the journey for me, as it continues to take practice and lots of patience.

Good morning everyone ☀️🌞

I am noticing how restricting the word should is for me. It feels pressure filled at times, and almost like I need to act quickly.

I realize how supportive it can be to use this as a signal for me to slow down, take a couple see breaths, and tune into my inner wisdom.

Through this process there have been times that I become aware of the should coming from messaging I may have received when I was younger. Please let me say how that is not a bad thing, we all picked up on messaging. The important part of all of this is becoming aware of it, acknowledging it, and choosing to shift in a way that aligns with us today.

Hi everyone! I’m often asked what the benefits of meditation are for me.

Now, I would also like to say that meditation looks different for me everyday. Sometimes it’s sitting in silence, other times it’s going on a jog or a walk in nature, or it can also be journaling.

What I notice is I’m aware of all my thoughts and all my emotions and I truly see them. I allow them to have the space that maybe in other parts of my day they don’t, and then I get a wave of clarity. Sometimes this clarity is a warmth in my heart, or times it’s wisdom to a question I had.

In my experience when I give myself the space in meditation and acknowledge my experience of my thoughts and emotions- inner wisdom and clarity emerges.
