Dear Healers, you practice giving day in and day out. You give love, energy, hold space, give insight, and much more. Learning to receive has been a big part of my journey. As I became more aware of myself I noticed that when I had an opportunity to receive, I had to be open, trust, and be seen in a different way that I was use to. It felt oh so vulnerable. Receiving is something I continue to practice. I see these feelings come up for me and I use my breath to sooth my nervous system. I also notice how the discomfort of being vulnerable shows up as sensations in body. How can you practice receiving today while nurturing the discomfort that may come up for you? Love, Manisha
