This , we celebrate the dedicated leadership of our own Aleshia Tripps, Chief Program Officer at Family Houston!

Aleshia leads the programs that connect Houstonians to Financial Stability Coaching, Community Support Services, and Veteran Support Services — ensuring every client is met with dignity, fairness, and opportunity.

"As Chief Program Officer, I work every day to build and refine systems so access is intentional, not accidental, and equity is a reality all people experience."

We are proud and grateful to have her leadership guiding our mission every day. Thank you, Aleshia, for the work you do for our community! 🖤
