UTHealth Dietetic Internship Program Welcome to the UTHealth Houston Dietetic Internship & Public Health Masters Program. We have a seed-to-plate-to-prevention philosophy.

Our students train in culinary medicine & holistic gardening. Our grads work in clinical, community & other settings.
