Why the MyoRelief Method™ Exists
The MyoRelief Method™ was created to transform the way jaw pain and dysfunction are treated. For too long, patients have been offered only short-term solutions—splints, medications, or temporary adjustments—without addressing the underlying muscle patterns, habits, and nervous system imbalances that drive the pain cycle.
Our mission is simple: to give patients a clear path to lasting relief. Through a five-pillar framework—Reset, Release, Retrain, Rebuild, and Realign—the MyoRelief Method™ integrates orofacial myology, neuromuscular therapy, habit retraining, and nervous system regulation. This whole-body approach doesn’t just manage symptoms; it empowers patients to break free from pain, restore natural function, and reclaim their quality of life.
At its core, the MyoRelief Method™ exists to bridge the gap between traditional TMD care and long-term healing—offering hope, clarity, and sustainable solutions for patients who have tried “everything else” without lasting results.

Laying on the desk is a sign of…

a child who may have poor postural strength. Kids who tend to have weak core muscles may also have trouble holding up their torso for tasks that usually come naturally to others.

If a child needs help developing postural strength, you may often find them doing the following:

😒Laying on their desk
😒Placing head on desk while writing notes on paper
😒Uncoordinated
😒Falls frequently or appears clumsy
😒Fidgets or struggles to attend

Children who need help improving their postural strength can do a number of activities that can support this area of learning.
