I’ve been sitting with a question lately: What NOW?

Not because my path has been wrong. It hasn’t.
It’s been predictable. Productive. Built on working hard, staying busy, pushing through. That part of me has kept me safe. She’s gotten a lot done.

And… there’s another part of me asking if there’s more.

I’ve been drawn to the word ease. Not easy. Not challenge-free.
Ease as in lessening the pressure I’ve put on myself for over 50 years.

I’m discovering the difficulty was never life — it was the pressure I carried in my body.

I’m learning to make room for something new.

PS: Every photo here is me in a season of working hard and carrying a lot of pressure. I didn’t know it then, but my body was under constant stress. I was often very sick — stress related. These images remind me how much effort felt normal… and how ready I am now to live differently.

Ever found yourself asking, “Now what?” In my latest YouTube video, I’m talking about that open space we hit in midlife — when we realize we’ve been doing things one way for years, and maybe it’s time for something new to unfold.

Questioning yourself doesn’t mean stop. 🤍 One part may doubt, while another knows you’re doing the right thing. You can hold both with compassion and still move forward. Courage isn’t certainty—it’s staying present and taking the next step anyway. 🌱

Think about how gently you show up for the people you love. 💕
The patience. The care. The encouragement.

What if you offered that same kindness to yourself today?
Not perfectly—just intentionally. 🌿

You deserve the same care you give so freely.

👇 What’s one small way you’ll care for yourself today?

Maybe Life Doesn’t Have to be Hard.

You don’t need a plan—just start moving 💃🏽

Movement doesn’t have to be complicated. 🚶‍♀️
I set my Polar, set my calorie burn target, and start moving.

I make the steps up as I go—listening for what feels good. 🎶

When movement feels friendly, your body wants to keep going. 💛

No pressure. No perfection. Just movement.

👇 What kind of movement feels good to you today?

Not every shift arrives with fireworks. Some of the most meaningful changes happen quietly—through decisions you honor, boundaries you keep, and trust you practice daily.

If your life feels subtle right now, that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. It may mean something important is taking shape, slowly and steadily. 🤗

My heart will always belong to the mountains. 🏔️💙

This started as a photo I took years ago in the mountains of Colorado—one of my favorite places on earth. 🌲❄️

I used AI to bring the moment to life, and every time I see it, I’m reminded how stillness, beauty, and awe are always worth returning to. 🏔️✨

Let today be simple and steady. 💛
