A little movement goes a long way to ease arthritis, improve strength, and keep them functioning beautifully.
Think of everything your thumbs make possible:
• Grip strength
• Buttoning and zipping
• Using chopsticks
• Opening that pesky pickle jar
• Crocheting a cozy hat 🧶
• Giving a solid thumbs-up
• And most importantly… using your utensils properly at an aristocratic English dinner. 😉
A tiny stretch today = a lifetime of “I’ve got this.”
