I performed a bilateral breast augmentation using 265cc full profile silicone gel implants.

I performed bilateral arm liposuction and brachioplasty to remove excess skin and improve contour.

In this 43 year old patient, I performed a customized body contouring procedure to improve overall proportion and silhouette ✨

Her surgical plan included a mini abdominoplasty, comprehensive liposuction of the torso, a bilateral breast lift with fat grafting, thigh refinement, and fat grafting to the buttocks.

When multiple areas are addressed thoughtfully, the result should feel cohesive— not overdone. The waist is narrower. The breast is elevated and reshaped. The thighs are smoother. The back and bra line are refined.

A 41 year old mother of one who noticed volume loss and descent following pregnancy. Her goal was to restore fullness while maintaining proportion and a natural upper pole contour.

For her procedure, I selected a 380cc Motiva Round Smooth Demi implant and placed it in a subfascial pocket. This allowed for improved projection and shape while respecting her existing tissue characteristics.
