Sometimes the best ideas come from taking a leap into the unknown. What started as a career in property management quickly turned into something entirely different — a first-time venture into the restaurant world, fueled by curiosity, family support, and a vision for something Houston didn’t yet have. Inspired by experiences in cities like New York, LA, and Korea, BORI was created to bring a new kind of Korean dining experience to the community. ✨

BORI Korean BBQ introduces an elevated take on Korean barbecue, blending premium ingredients with a modern dining atmosphere rooted in tradition and cultural authenticity.
