When your Nervous System can finally exhale,
Our favorite nervous system-regulating offerings, specifically designed for a new state of being. That deep breath you take on the table isn’t accidental. It’s your nervous system moving out of survival mode and into safety.
Therapeutic Massage & Reflexology — an intuitive massage focusing on where tension lies, combined with Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology, a powerful technique that stimulates points or reflex zones on the face that correspond to specific internal systems, aiding in releasing blockages throughout your body via the nervous system. By activating your own cellular intelligence during homeostasis, you are able to bring balance and self-heal.
Restorative Herbal Poultice Treatment — a nervous system treat, our herbal poultice is a steamed medicine ball, packed with anti-inflammatory herbs to support the healing process. Rhythmic motions, including compressions, rolling, and stretching the muscles to increase circulation and move energy within. The warmth of the herbal poultice calms the mind and body, increasing parasympathetic tone and decreasing sympathetic overdrive.
Hinoki bath Wrap & Scalp Treatment — this treatment focuses on the 3 areas that store emotion in the body: the crown or scalp, the abdomen, and the fascia throughout. The body is being restored as the scalp, neck, abdomen, and feet are wrapped in hot, mineral-rich soaked towels from the healing waters of a Japanese Onsen, contributing mood stabilization and anxiety reduction. Fascial release massage with our tool unwinds a layer, but important layer of our tissue that stores emotions, healing the nervous system.

Movement for your being,
Need a moment to self-regulate? Try these meditative movements that release tension in the spine and feel grounded almost instantly. Try for 3 minutes each:
Sufi Grinds
sit in criss-cross with hands on knees and move your being around and around going one direction and then switching to opposite.
Inhale moving forward and exhale moving backwards.
Open your chest as you move forward and curve your spine as you move backwards.
Also great for digestion support.
Swan Dives
Begin by sitting on your heels, hands touching the ground by your knees
starting with head movement, roll down and arch up
exhale as you go down, inhale as you go up
surrender, give gratitude to the year of the snake
rise to the year of the horse
Openings this Thursday & Friday
with love & care,
🌹
