Holiday Mental Health Tips

The holidays can be stressful for anyone and it’s ok to feel overwhelmed, anxious or even a little lonely. Remember to check in with yourself and acknowledge your feelings. Setting boundaries and protecting your energy is important and taking time to move your body.Reach out to someone you trust if you need support and try to notice small moments of joy and gratitude.
