Intentions in the Summer Month are coming in as HOT 🥵 as this Texas heat.
Summer Intentions call on the symbolism of the season - for me it’s all about nourishment, rest, revelry, enjoyment, pause - you need to be able to give gratitude for the first half of the year, but what helps the attitude of gratitude most?? Being able to stop and nourish your soul, kind, body, heart…
Through that you can achieve a higher frequency of gratitude. You can see where you have enough and while you may want to keep going or have other goals for the second half of the year, are able to give yourself a damn pat on the back.
This 7 universal cycle year is PROVING to be one very highly spiritual year, and bc of that, there’s been lots of dips and highs… which can leave any human being - - exhausted.
