is not activism.
It’s feeding a baby.

Breastfeeding in public is not a political statement.

It’s not attention seeking.

It’s not inappropriate.

It’s not up for debate.

If you’re uncomfortable, look away.

Babies don’t eat on your schedule.

And your discomfort is not more important than a hungry child.

And finally getting baby snuggles while she’s on the table enjoying her much needed self-care time. 🥹💖

Supporting a woman through every phase of her journey into motherhood is something I will never take for granted. This is why I do what I do.

Still soaking in the magic from this weekend!! ✨

I spent the last few days immersed in a Chinese herbal medicine seminar with , deepening my understanding of their pulse and tongue diagnosis system—and wow, what a gift it was to learn, feel, listen, and see in a whole new way.

Beyond the medicine, the people made it truly special. So many kind, passionate, deeply grounded practitioners from all over the country and Canada 🇨🇦🫶 coming together with the same love for this medicine and respect for the body’s wisdom. There’s something incredibly nourishing about being in a room full of genuine humans who care so deeply about healing.

Grateful, inspired, and excited to weave this knowledge even more intentionally into my work 🤍
