Anxiety Quiz: Do I Have Anxiety?

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health conditions — but it doesn’t look the same for everyone. If you’ve been experiencing persistent worry, dread, fear, or constant tension, our online quiz can help you better understand what you’re feeling. This research-based screening tool is designed to identify symptoms that may be consistent with generalized anxiety disorder and help you determine whether you should seek further support.

Answer each question honestly based on your experiences over the past two weeks. While this quiz does not provide a formal diagnosis, it can offer valuable insight into your symptoms and guide your next steps toward healing.

Regain Emotional Balance with DBT Skills Group

If overwhelming emotions feel like they’re running your life, the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group can help you regain control. Designed for individuals who struggle with intense feelings like anger, sadness, anxiety, or frustration, this group teaches practical, research-based skills to help you regulate emotions, reduce reactivity, and improve relationships. Participants learn long-term coping strategies that build stability in their personal lives, careers, and connections with others.

Emotional vulnerability can stem from genetics, trauma, or neglect — and while short-term coping methods may offer temporary relief, they often create new challenges. A DBT skills group provides healthier, sustainable tools to manage distress, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, and create a more meaningful, connected life. If you’re feeling stuck or defeated, DBT can offer a structured path toward greater balance and emotional resilience.
