Adult ADHD Test: Do I Have ADHD?

ADHD in adults is often misunderstood and frequently goes unrecognized—especially in women and adults who were never diagnosed as children. While ADHD affects men and women at similar rates, women are significantly less likely to receive a diagnosis. If you’ve ever wondered whether ADHD could be affecting your focus, organization, emotions, or daily functioning, this quiz is a helpful place to start.

This Adult ADHD Test is an exploratory screening designed to help you reflect on symptoms commonly associated with adult ADHD. While it is not a diagnosis, it can offer valuable insight and help you decide whether seeking professional support may be beneficial.

If your results suggest the presence of ADHD symptoms, we strongly encourage you to connect with a mental health professional to discuss next steps, including a full evaluation and potential treatment options.

Please note: This quiz is intended for adults only and does not screen for ADHD in children.

Building Healthy Routines That Support Long-Term Sobriety

Long-term sobriety becomes more sustainable when daily life feels structured, balanced, and supportive. This article explores how simple, consistent routines—rather than motivation alone—can reduce stress, manage cravings, and create emotional stability over time. From anchor habits and morning routines to sleep, nutrition, movement, and evening structure, small daily practices help bring predictability to recovery and make difficult moments more manageable.

The article highlights how routines act as a buffer during cravings, emotional overwhelm, and unstructured “risk hours,” while also emphasizing the importance of sleep, steady energy through food and hydration, and movement that feels realistic and enjoyable. It also underscores the role of support systems, showing how scheduled check-ins, therapy, and social connection strengthen accountability and reduce isolation. Most importantly, recovery-friendly routines are framed as flexible and compassionate—focused on progress, not perfection.

At Eddins Counseling & Therapy Group, we understand that healthy routines are not just habits—they are protective tools that support long-term recovery and emotional well-being.
