Am I Depressed? Take Our Online Depression Test

Wondering whether you’re simply feeling tired and overwhelmed or experiencing symptoms of depression? Our online can help you better understand what you may be feeling. While mood changes are a normal part of life, ongoing feelings of sadness, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, or unexplained aches and pains may be signs of depression. Some people may not feel sad at all and instead experience irritability or restlessness.

This short quiz helps screen for symptoms commonly associated with clinical depression and can give you insight into the possible severity of what you’re experiencing. While the results cannot provide a diagnosis, they can help you decide whether it might be helpful to speak with a qualified mental health professional.

Instructions: Think about your experiences over the past two weeks and answer each question based on how often you have noticed the listed symptoms. All fields must be completed to receive your results.

Strategies for Managing Urges in Early Recovery

When substance use stops, the brain doesn’t instantly reset. It still craves the dopamine reward it’s used to, making urges feel intense and sometimes overwhelming. Add in emotional stress, daily triggers, and old habit loops, and it’s easy to feel stuck.

But here’s the key: cravings are temporary—and manageable.

This article breaks down why urges happen and how to handle them with confidence. From recognizing early warning signs to using practical tools like movement, grounding exercises, healthy distractions, and reframing negative thoughts, small daily actions can make a big difference. Building a strong support system and creating steady routines also play a major role in staying on track.

Recovery isn’t about eliminating cravings completely—it’s about learning how to respond to them in healthier, more empowering ways.

👉 Want to learn the exact strategies that can help you stay in control and feel more confident in your recovery?
