When life becomes busy, unpredictable or stressful, many women abandon themselves in small ways that have a massive ripple effect.

They:
- Ignore their hunger
- Live on coffee or energy drinks instead of eating a meal
- Push through tiredness
- Stay stressed out and on edge

Women get even more disconnected from their bodies when this happens.

This was me too, several years ago.

Until I learned this:

Hormones and health don’t need rigid routines that only work when the perfect conditions occur.

They need impactful habits that have a huge ripple effect no matter what.

I call this a keystone habit.

When you know your keystone habit, the other decisions throughout the day become easier because you’ve focused on one habit that supports your health powerfully.

For me, it’s nourishment.

When I start my day with a meal that supports my hormones powerfully:
+ my future meal choices become easier because I’m not hangry or have low energy.
+ my hydration becomes easier
+ my stress levels lower

And my body remains something I am connected to - not something I focus on when life is “easier”.

This is what intentional and sustainable hormone balance looks like.

Consistency in a habit that has a big impact and continued connection with yourself ❤️

The women in my world who experience the most profound hormonal transformations are not the ones who have the most time.

They are the ones who have learned to maintain their keystone habits — even when life is challenging.

This is how hormone balance becomes a way of living, not something you “get back on track” with.

Women tell me things like:

“My doctor said there’s no point in getting hormone labs because it won’t tell you anything.”

“My doctor said my PCOS symptoms will get better if I just lose weight.”

“I’ve been on birth control for years because my doctor said it will regulate my hormones.”

This is misinformation.

And this is the type of guidance that keeps women stuck with their health and hormones.

Women deserve a significantly higher level of hormone care and that’s why I took my hormone care into my own hands.

Years of underlying hormone issues were not well understood or treated by my doctors. So I trained, I researched and I got certified to be able to help myself and countless other women to find peace with their hormones and bodies.

I use tools like powerful and proven nutrition plus lifestyle and nervous system regulation techniques that actually make a real difference.

So that your body has exactly the nutrients and tools it needs to balance hormones and feel your best ❤️

I’m not saying all doctors are unhelpful when it comes to hormone health, but if your doctors say something like this, it’s time to break up with them.

1) Hormone testing literally tells us so much about your current hormonal state and when combined with symptom tracking and other lab work, help us to get to the root cause of your hormonal imbalance e.g. PMDD.

2) If your period gets incredibly heavy all of a sudden and/or you have clots larger than a golf ball size, it is time to seek medical help. Heavy periods should not be the norm.

3) There are many reasons why spotting occurs and due diligence is required to determine the root cause. Don’t just assume that spotting is normal - it’s not.

Hormone health is not one size fits all. That’s why I take the time to actually listen to your symptoms and in conjunction with lab work, help you to define a strategy to balance your hormones with powerful nutrition and lifestyle practices.

It’s time to get the health care you deserve.

DM me to book your 1:1 Nutrition & Hormone consultation.

Your hormones won’t regulate if your nervous system is constantly in survival mode.

Your fertility will be challenged if you’re always in fight-or-flight.

Our nervous systems are a huge part of the hormone balancing equation.

But not many people actually know what moves the dial to truly regulate your unique nervous system for optimal hormone health.

That’s why I’m teaching all my ladies in the Nourish Membership how to do this in the month of March.

It’s time regulate your hormones and your nervous system.

Most women I work with aren’t under-disciplined…
they’re under-nourished and over-stressed.

When your nervous system is constantly in fight-or-flight:
- Blood sugar becomes unstable
- Cravings increase
- Ovulation gets suppressed
- Hormones shift into survival mode

This makes your PCOS symptoms worse.

And no amount of “clean eating” fixes that.

The shift happens when we:
✨ Stabilize blood sugar
✨ Nourish deeply (not restrict)
✨ Teach your body it’s safe again ❤️

This is where real hormone healing begins.

If you’re tired of doing everything “right” and still having PCOS symptoms run your life and feel out of control, DM me to book a 1:1 consultation and let’s look at what your body actually needs.

IF YOU’RE TOLD YOUR LABS ARE NORMAL BUT YOU STILL FEEL AWFUL, DO THIS ⬇️

1) Get a copy of your labs
2) Get a second opinion from a trusted healthcare professional

So many women come see me when they feel like their hormonal symptoms are ignored because their blood tests come back within normal ranges (or so their doctors say).

Here’s the bottom line:
Lab tests are a snapshot in time and since women’s hormones change all month long, reading labs needs to be done through a cyclical lens.

In addition, most traditional lab tests have a very wide “normal” range that does not mean it is the optimal range.

This is where I come in.

By combining symptom analysis with lab tests that actually are helpful for women, I get to the root cause of their hormone issues.

And with this, we can actually start healing your hormones using targeted nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Bread is not the devil 😈 🍞

In fact, research has shown that women who eat carbs ovulate better.

Why?

Very low-carb diets can increase cortisol which reduces thyroid hormone conversion, which impacts ovulation.

Of course with various form of carbs, it is also important to balance blood sugar levels as much as possible.

This is especially vital for women with PCOS who are often told to cut all carbs which is, in my opinion, not completely necessary as long as they know to create blood sugar balancing meals.

Bottom line: we need carbs to help boost fertility!

It’s time to book your 1:1 Nutrition & Hormone Consultation.
