When life becomes busy, unpredictable or stressful, many women abandon themselves in small ways that have a massive ripple effect.
They:
- Ignore their hunger
- Live on coffee or energy drinks instead of eating a meal
- Push through tiredness
- Stay stressed out and on edge
Women get even more disconnected from their bodies when this happens.
This was me too, several years ago.
Until I learned this:
Hormones and health donât need rigid routines that only work when the perfect conditions occur.
They need impactful habits that have a huge ripple effect no matter what.
I call this a keystone habit.
When you know your keystone habit, the other decisions throughout the day become easier because youâve focused on one habit that supports your health powerfully.
For me, itâs nourishment.
When I start my day with a meal that supports my hormones powerfully:
+ my future meal choices become easier because Iâm not hangry or have low energy.
+ my hydration becomes easier
+ my stress levels lower
And my body remains something I am connected to - not something I focus on when life is âeasierâ.
This is what intentional and sustainable hormone balance looks like.
Consistency in a habit that has a big impact and continued connection with yourself â¤ď¸
The women in my world who experience the most profound hormonal transformations are not the ones who have the most time.
They are the ones who have learned to maintain their keystone habits â even when life is challenging.
This is how hormone balance becomes a way of living, not something you âget back on trackâ with.
