There is so much grief in the world. And we must walk through it.

Many times, especially in the Fertility world, grief occurs but is not acknowledged.

You’ll just be told to book your next appointment.

But that’s not me.

In my word, I see you and support you through the entire Fertility Journey. The ups and the downs.

Why?

Because Grief is a natural and needed part of life.

For a beginning to occur, and ending must also occur.

Why I don’t accept insurance and why this decision is POWERFUL for YOU:

I have had too many stories from women about waiting to see a practitioner who is covered by insurance but not getting the care they need or deserve.

I’ve had women experience gaslighting, their symptoms ignored or worse, not getting the help they need when seriously in pain or suffering.

I’ve even had a woman receive a simple Google print out of information that she already knew - talk about a practitioner phoning it in!

Now I’m not here to judge other healthcare practitioners but what I do know is this:

Women’s healthcare deserves better.

And I am here to start this right now.

I want and ensure all my clients receive the highest level of care.

3 foods I eat daily to support my hormones and fertility:

1) Protein: keeps me feeling full, maintains my energy levels and my sugar levels! My faves include chicken, eggs, steak, seafood and of course beans and lentils for a non-animal option.

2) Healthy Fats: especially the fats in seed cycling, are powerful for hormone synthesis and absorption of fat soluble vitamins too. Not to mention support in reducing inflammation when omega 3’s are present.

3) Fiber from all produce and especially dark leafy greens: filled with vitamins and minerals, triggers a hunger hormone that says I’m feeling full. Also fantastic for gut health!

Food is powerful and simple when it comes to eating to support your hormones and fertility.
