Hi All, TCH Heart Center is excited to present it's second "Adulting with Congenital Heart Disease" about the transition from pediatric to adult care!

The conference includes free dinner, valet parking, and giveaways. The agenda includes dinner with an adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) provider and adult survivor (parents can choose from various lesion specific tables), 2 breakout sessions- one with the transition team on the hows and whys of transition and transfer, and new this year (based on parental feedback from the last session), a session on mental health and CHD with Dr. Cutitta, our cardiac psychologist combined with reproductive health/birth control with Dr. Opina, and a Q&A panel with parents whose teens have gone through our program, 2 young adults who have gone through our program and specialists from ACHD, ACHD surgery, heart failure, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
