Tribe All Therapies Tribe All Therapies: Where healing flows through touch and water

02/13/2026

What to expect from us when you’re expecting.

You heard it here first, from a mother past her due date.

For relief we offer Watsu® warm water therapy, designed to support pain relief, nervous system regulation, pelvic ease, and weightlessness so your body isn’t fighting gravity as you prepare to bring life earthside.

If you’re looking for a different type of relief, it would be an honor and privilege to be a part of your tribe.

Real nervous system regulation. Not the fufu s**t.

Water always finds balance. Heated to 98°. Held fully. Massage, acupressure, deep stretches, shiatsu.

You’ll start to lose control and stop cycling through the same responses.

Vulnerability is required.
Touch is our first language.

We don’t care if you can’t swim. BRING IT TO THE WATER! Come back to the source. Don’t let anybody change your relationship with water so you don’t see it as a healing modality.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re inviting couples into a private 98-degree saltwater pool, a space just for the two of you to connect like never before. Relationships are only as strong as the people in them, and most of us don’t lack love, we lack capacity. The water is where capacity grows.

You’ll move together, learn how to hold one another, explore intimacy and nonverbal communication, and experience Watsu — massage, acupressure, deep stretches that settle the nervous system and open connection.

Early bird is $650 per couple through February 1. After that, $750. Space is limited to five couples.

No swimming needed. All you need is trust and vulnerability. We’ll hold the rest.

Introducing our new warm water therapy couples experience: Held.

Most couples don’t lack love.
They lack capacity.

Thank you all so much for your love, trust, and vulnerability.
It’s truly an honor and a privilege to be trusted so intimately.

Warm water amplifies vibration and carries sound through your body, allowing the nervous system to soften. Buoyancy takes the weight off your joints. Tension releases. Circulation wakes. Breath deepens. Theta state arrives faster, and the body opens to receive and let go.

We pair water with sound bowls, djembés, and other instruments chosen for how their frequencies interact with your body. This synergy balances the nervous system, supports emotional release, and creates space for real relief.

Held, our next group session, is at the end of January. One-to-one and couple sessions are always available. Spaces are intentionally limited.

Touch was our first language.
Water was our first home.
And we call you back.

Maybe you’ve never known the healing modalities of water. Maybe you’ve forgotten. Maybe you can’t swim, or there’s fear there. We get that. And we know how to hold it with you.

Lately, we’ve had the opportunity to pair this intimate, vulnerable work with sound, creating a space where the body can soften and feel supported. If you’ve been eyeing our work but something in you hesitates, this is an invitation to change the narrative and learn how to author it differently.

You’re always welcome to join us one to one. And if a group experience feels more accessible, we’re offering Held Author Your Story, a floating sound experience with water, breathwork, and guided meditation.

Author Your Story ! See how good it can get no matter how it’s been . Are you whole and in tune with your victim and your villain ?

01/12/2026

This message may not land easy for everyone, and I want to name that first. Our intent is not to minimize what you’ve been through, only to offer tools and serve as a conduit.

Victimhood is real. Many of us were harmed, lost a lot, and had to survive. There is nothing wrong with naming that. What we’re talking about is what happens when the body stays in survival mode and keeps expecting the same endings, even when we want something different.

When we say “author your story,” we are not blaming you for the past. You can honor what you survived and still ask, how good can it get from here? Both can be true.

We only teach from experience. This is work we know, live, and facilitate ourselves. That’s why we invite you to join us in Held: Author Your Story on January 31st — breathwork, guided meditation, sound, and warm water designed to support the nervous system and create new possibilities.
