Our team had the opportunity to attend Shuck Cancer Houston, hosted by the American Cancer Society’s Houston GenNow Network, in support of the organization's mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

This year’s event raised awareness and critical funding for "Hope Lodge", a program that provides cancer patients and their caregivers with a free, supportive place to stay during treatment, eliminating the financial and emotional burden of being far from home during one of life’s most vulnerable moments.

"Shuck Cancer Houston" serves as a platform to recognize community partners and advocates, while highlighting the tangible impact of investing in hospitality, dignity, and access to care.

We are also honored to support our beautiful friend, Dorina Carrillo-Gamboa, an incredible individual who continues to make a positive impact through her hard work! We’re also grateful to Min, Ken, Ling, Newton, and Michael for their contributions toward this important cause.

We recently had the opportunity to attend the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce "Summit for Women", a dynamic forum that brought together senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who are driving progress across business and education.

The summit emphasized strategic initiatives that advance women’s leadership at every level, from equipping women to become board-ready executives, scaling enterprises, to investing in early STEAM education, and providing scholarships for high-achieving students from underserved communities.

By aligning resources with long-term economic impact, the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce continues to build a more inclusive leadership pipeline that strengthens institutions, supports innovation, and fosters equitable growth across Texas and beyond.

El Centro de Corazón, an accomplished Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with several health center locations in Houston’s East End, provides a comprehensive range of health care services for low-income children and adults.

Thank you George Connely for the invitation to celebrate El Centro's 31st year of service to the Houston community through its "18th Annual Making a Difference Luncheon", with proceeds being utilized to provide quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services for vulnerable and underserved individuals and families.
