Our new Amazon Wish List gives our community a way to provide essential in-kind items (comfort supplies, hygiene basics, and other resources) that help survivors feel supported during an incredibly difficult time. Theseitems go directly into the hands of TXFNE’s forensic nurses and advocates who distribute the resources across communities in Greater Houston, DFW/North Texas, and San Antonio/Southwest Texas.

Texas Forensic Nurse Examiners (TXFNE) provides 24/7/365 community based forensic nursing, Adult Forensic Interviews (AFIs), advocacy, counseling, and safety planning for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse, strangulation, and other forms of interpersonal violence across Greater Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth/North Texas, and San Antonio/Southwest Texas.

Our nurses are often the first clinical responders a survivor meets after trauma. Your donation ensures they receive compassionate, trauma-informed medical care, thorough documentation of injuries, crisis support, and the resources they need to begin healing.
