Monarch Family Services provides pre and post adoption services.

Our mission and purpose is to seek a stable, nurturing, forever home for every child who is eligible for permanent adoption, regardless of race, ethnic background, or physical or emotional challenges. Psychological Services
We offer our clients high quality psychological services, which include individual and group counseling, psychological testing and assessments. We specialize in providing supportive services and assessments for children in foster care. Foster and Adoptive Parent Pre-Service Training
The agency provides pre-service training, Parent’s Resources for Information, Development, and Education (PRIDE) and Prevention of Aggression and Physical Holds (PAPH). Foster Parent Annual Training
Monarch Family Services offers foster parents modualized trainings and workshops. Child Placement Staff Trainings

Supervised Visitations
Monarch Family Services offer safe and secure supervised visitations for non-custodial parents, siblings, and others on a child’s visitation list. Case Management Program
Case managers can help clients/families access medical and dental services; medical supplies or equipment; access mental health services (psychological testing, assessment, and therapy); work on school or education issues; and referrals to other social services.

At The Adolescent Center, we understand that mental health challenges don’t pause life, and treatment shouldn’t disrupt it either.

Our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, 12-week program designed for adolescents ages 13–18 who are experiencing mental health, behavioral, or emotional difficulties and need more support than traditional outpatient therapy.

✨ Program highlights include:

• Behavioral skills groups
• Family therapy & parent coaching
• Treatment planning & post-discharge support

All provided virtually, allowing youth to receive high-quality care without overnight stays or missing school.
