Did you know we offer aquatic therapy?
What is aquatic therapy?
It is an exercise program performed in water to help reduce the strain placed on the joints. It can also help decrease swelling, relax the muscles, and increase blood flow to injured areas.
Aquatic therapy can substitute active land based therapy if requested!
