🌙Night affirmations aren’t just something you say… you work them.

Here’s my simple routine:

🌿 1. Set the atmosphere
Dim the lights. Maybe light a white candle. Sit on the bed and breathe.
“Peace lives here. Only what’s aligned may enter.”

🌊 2. Release the day first
Before you affirm, clear it off you.
“I release this day. Anything not meant for me dissolves.”
Take 3 slow breaths.

👑 3. Speak in present tense
Not “I will be protected.”
But “I am divinely protected.”
Say it like it’s already done.

🔁 4. Keep it simple
Choose 3–5 affirmations.
Repeat them 3, 7, or 9 times.
Consistency over quantity.

🌙 5. Visualize while you drift
See yourself covered.
See your money stable.
See your children safe.
See tomorrow already handled.

Then sleep in that energy.

❌Ashwagandha might make people drowsy or sleepy. So combining sedative-hypnotic drugs (used to help with sleep) with ashwagandha might make people too sleepy. Examples of these sedatives are zoldipem, eszoplicone, clonazepam, quetiapine, and lorazepam.

❌Ashwagandha may increase thyroid hormone levels
