Let’s talk about the eyes! It’s a common concern that comes up in consults - so what can we do about them?

First of all - we have lots of options, but protecting the delicate eye skin always comes first! Starting with sunscreen and even some light Tox injections in the crows feet area can help prevent a lot of issues! Also - living in Houston - we have to consider allergic shiners and seasonal allergies as contributors - no amount of cosmetic treatments will help chronic sinus issues!

A lot of people turn to tear trough fillers, but this is usually my LAST option! Don’t get me wrong - I will absolutely use fillers for the right patients, but these are my top treatments to also discuss!

It’s a process. It doesn’t happen overnight. And it doesn’t happen with just one treatment, one session, or just one thing. It takes consistency.

There are nights when I wash my face and only use moisturizer. There are periods of time that I don’t get in as many treatments as I need (my rosacea flares if I don’t have regular BBL photofacials, but I only had 1 in 2025!!!). I don’t take the time to do as many facials as I should. I don’t sleep enough. I drink way too much caffeine most days.

It’s not about perfection. But, it’s about showing up for yourself, your body, your skin. For me personally - I want any quantity of life to also be quality.

Make the small changes. Drink the water, apply the sunscreen, take some steps today. 🩵
