The Federal Register has published the Proposed Rules for Hospice FY 2025!

Changes are coming to Quality Reporting. Are you Ready?

Are you currently penalized for missing the 90% successful submission threshold of the Hospice Item Set data or not meeting the requirement to participate in the CAHPS surveys?

It only gets a bit more challenging. HOPE is coming.

That's right!

Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation is coming in 2025. This will be required for each hospice patient regardless of payor source at each admission, discharge and an additional submission for an update for symptom management.

Re-evaluate your systems for compliance to realize your maximum reimbursement.
