At Houston Precise Dental Care, Joe Eckford Jr., DDS is passionate about providing outstanding dental care to people living in and around Houston, and helping them get a brilliant smile that boosts their confidence.

Dr. Eckford earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Florida A&M University. After working for eight years in telecommunications, he felt inspired to make a change in his life that would allow him to help others. By shadowing dentists, he was able to see the positive impact they had on their patients’ lives by relieving pain and restoring their ability to speak and eat.

Dr. Eckford began his dentistry pursuits by attending the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He also completed a general practice residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He stays active in the professional dental community through several national associations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Eckford’s dedication to his patients has earned him recognition as one of America’s Top Dentists and a Top Houston Dentist. He and his staff work to help each patient enjoy better dental health, self-confidence and quality of life through outstanding care and patient education.
