📣 We're Hiring! 📣

Archway Academy is looking for an Educational/Recovery Specialist to join our team at the PaRC campus!

If you're passionate about helping teens in recovery and want to make a real difference this could be the role for you.

🔹 What you'll do:
• Welcome and onboard new families
• Provide recovery support and accountability for students and academic staff
• Facilitate daily check-ins and collaborate with treatment providers
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and clinical teams
• Help create a safe, supportive school environment

🔹 What we're looking for:
• Experience with 12-step recovery programs or working with students with unique needs
• A genuine passion for supporting teens and families in recovery
• An outgoing personality with strong communication skills

This role reports to our Executive Director & leadership team and works closely with Discovery Behavioral PaRC clinicians.

Yesterday’s 18th Annual Archway Academy Luncheon at River Oaks Country Club reminded us all why we do what we do.

Our students bravely shared their stories of recovery and hope and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. 💙

Our Houston community showed up in a powerful way to ensure that no family is ever turned away from Archway’s life-changing programs.

Our Story

Archway Academy is the nation’s largest sober high school. We are located in the heart of Houston, Texas. We meet the individual educational needs of teens recovering from substance use disorder with care, compassion, respect, and rigor.

Instead of returning students to the same environments in which they’re most at risk for relapse—or where it’s nearly impossible to catch back up academically after treatment—Archway provides a structured place for teens to continue both their recovery and their education without compromising either.
