The Empowered Caregiver Network We are Caregivers supporting Caregivers worldwide. Virtual Support Group and workshops. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Blog and support group for family caregivers worldwide. AARP in 2015 estimated there are 43 million people in this role in the U.S. alone, providing an average of 20 hours of caregiving service to their loved ones each week. We're caregivers, too, or previously spent long periods helping our loved ones. ECN is our way of serving each other as we grow and thrive along our journeys.
