Today marks the last day of International Women’s Month and we couldn’t let it pass without honoring the women who show up, hold space, and pour into others every single day.
These women are not just our team. They are the heartbeat of this work.
We honor you not just this month, but every day.
Thank you.

If Aspen had a big-game budget... this is the ad we’d run.
Because when you’re feeling down or lost, you don’t need another response... you need real human connection.

We’re often told to end the year with goals.
But what if you ended it with clarity instead?
These 7 prompts aren’t about fixing or achieving. They’re about realigning with what matters most to you.
I’ve learned we should focus less on chasing outcomes and more on moving in the direction of our values. Even if it’s in small, gentle ways.
So instead of asking “Did I do enough?”
Try asking: What do I want to carry into the new year and why?
Which question speaks to your values right now? 👇🏽
Save this for a quiet moment before 2026. Share it with a friend to create accountability.

Counselors need counselors too.
Just because we help others navigate their emotions doesn’t mean we don’t have our own to work through.
Healing is a lifelong process and prioritizing our own mental health makes us better, more present, and more grounded in the work we do.

🎶 “I’m feelin’ good, feelin’ great, how are you?” —
Sometimes the best check-in is simple.
Pause. Breathe. Ask yourself, “How am I, really?”
What’s one small thing you can do today to have you “feeling good, feeling great?”

Letting go doesn’t mean giving up. It means recognizing what’s within your control and what isn’t.
When we release the need to manage every outcome, we create space for new perspectives, solutions, and self-trust to grow.
Soften your grip.
Notice the thoughts driving the tension.
Choose a response grounded in calm and clarity rather than fear or pressure.
That’s where genuine change begins, from awareness, not control.
If this resonates with you, consider exploring these patterns with a counselor. Sometimes, having a safe space to unpack what you’re holding can make letting go a little easier. Link in bio to learn more about our counselors.
