This may not be common knowledge. I often see patients who are on supplements forever with no clear reason. Make sure you are being intentional, even with your supplements.

Let’s lower the blood pressures.

Let’s get back to it because that’s what we do around here. There are multiple ways we can lower that systolic blood pressure by quite a few points and guess what, it all adds up. You can lower some points by tomorrow if you give it a try. Don’t let anyone tell you that lifestyle changes don’t work… because they do.

Hypertension - high blood pressure - can and will be reversed and improved when you put in the work. You make be able to come down on, or off of, some, or all, of your medication.

Stop overcomplicating healthy eating 👏🏽

You don’t need a trendy “perfect plate”… you just need a balanced one.

Build your own plate using this simple formula:

✨ Protein (keeps you full + supports muscle)
✨ Smart carbs (fuel your energy + prevent crashes)
✨ Healthy fats (hormones + satiety)
✨ Fiber (gut health + blood sugar control)
✨ Antioxidants (fight inflammation + support long-term health)

Now here’s the part people miss…

👉 It should actually TASTE GOOD.

This is where you upgrade:

Go to your kitchen RIGHT NOW.

These are easy fixes. Cheap fixes. Investments that can last a lifetime. A cast iron pan is about $30 and will literally last a lifetime! And it will leach the good stuff… ♥️ just a little bit.

Weight loss is very complicated.

That is one thing I know. It’s not always about willpower or desire… it can be hormones, metabolism, inflammation, malnutrition, culture, environment, habits and wiring. That aside, if these mistakes are keeping you from progress then you need to fix them.
