We offer specialized Weight Loss Programs (including Tirzepatide and Semaglutide), as well as Telemedicine visits,. Losing weight involves more than will power, so arm yourself with the tools you need to be successful. At Vital Health & Wellness Center, we provide unmatched educational resources and support for participants in our program. Dr. Vital is a Medical Bariatrician who is also a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician and Nephrologist. She is used to dealing with complicated medical problems such as diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, sleep apnea, and hypertension, which may result from obesity.
