Restoring Hope Counseling is launching a brand-new Medicaid and Medicare service line and we are looking for two fully licensed therapists to be the first. Not just to join a team, but to help shape one. To serve children and families, and adults, including those rebuilding their lives through our Harmony House partnership.

This is not a job posting. It is an invitation to be part of something that does not exist yet and help us make it something extraordinary.

We are a W-2 practice. We handle credentialing, scheduling support, and billing so you can stay focused on what you do best. We invest in your growth. We offer 55% commission with a clear path from part-time to full-time as your caseload builds.

Here is what we are looking for-

Someone who loves this work. Not performs it loves it. Someone who can sit with a child in foster care or an adult returning from incarceration and offer them the same warmth, the same presence, the same quality of care as anyone else.

Someone who believes every person deserves access to healing and who feels something when they think about the families in our community who still do not have it.

We are Restoring Hope Counseling, and we are building a new Medicaid and Medicare service line here in Houston. We have two openings one for a therapist who loves children and adolescents, one for a therapist called to serve adults.

We are a W-2 practice. We handle credentialing, scheduling support, and billing so you can stay focused on what you do best. We invest in your growth. We offer 55% commission with a clear path from part-time to full-time as your caseload builds.

But more than any of that we are a team that genuinely cares. About our clients. About each other. About the communities we are here to serve.
