Progress with long term SI work. A catastrophic knee injury 40+ years ago and multiple surgeries left a toll on ankle and foot mobility via casts and limited use.
Which then led to multiple(unnecessary)surgeries to “regain” ankle mobility.
This client was told by physical therapist that this was as good as things would get(left pic). Consistent(weekly)work over a two year period has led to increased mobility, strength and structural organization which is visible through decreased swelling and increased muscle tone.
