Engaging Classes: With both infrared heated and non-heated options and everything from energetic flows to restorative stretch sessions, our classes cater to all levels and preferences. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or unwind, we have a class for you. A Space of Your Own: Enjoy top-of-the-line equipment, including oversized Manduka mats, at your reserved space, and we end each class with cooling lavender towels. Serious Cleaning Systems: We use high-tech, industrial cleaning systems that actually remove the grime, sweat, and stink left from the session prior. Because we believe yoga studios should feel like spas, and smell like them, too. Cold Plunge Experience: After your class (or any time you need a little extra recovery & refreshment!), rejuvenate with a cold plunge session in our serene space, complete with spacious spa-like shower and luxurious changing rooms with spa-quality products for afterwards. Respectful Environment: We honor your space, time, and boundaries. Whether you prefer hands-on guidance or a more independent practice, your comfort is our priority.
