The Channel Separator gently creates a path through the natural breast, without cutting the anatomy. The Balloon Dissector inflates inside the channel to expand, separating tissue to create a pocket.
Using a sterile, no-touch technique, I squeeze the ultra-soft, highly-biocompatible implant through a Keller Funnel into the space created — ensuring impeccable sterility, minimal trauma, no chest muscle disruption, and no animation deformity (breasts dance unnaturally as chest muscles contract, seen after sub-muscular augmentation).
With the implant nestled into its pocket, the fully-intact breast ligaments softly envelop and support it, maintaining stability and a graceful silhouette.
