Mark was one of the first veterans to participate in and graduate from our wellness program as part of Boot Campaign’s comprehensive Health & Wellness Program. By the time he came to us, he had already been doing meaningful work —arriving committed and ready to continue that journey.

Our team has been helping people with a variety of complicated health stories for decades, but this was different. This was a veteran in Boot Campaign’s Health and Wellness program. Could we help him change his life in a meaningful way?

We were nervous, excited and eager to help him walk through a year with all our tools and support... because it is a YEAR. At that time it was 12 months of programming... of data sharing... a year of feelings, of weekly coaching calls, full accountability. Our program is comprehensive, intimate and collaborative. Would he open up? Would he commit fully to a dedicated team supporting his nutrition, exercise, cardiac health and mindfulness?

Well, here he is. On the other side—a reflection of the full journey he committed to across Boot Campaign’s program, including his time with us—and a graduate of both. Our shy guy turned social fishing trip host!!

We watched him transform over that year... watched him open up, commit, show curiosity, adopt new habits, invest in himself and then share himself with others.
Most of all, Mark changed US. We are humbled by the opportunity and it is an honor to call him our friend.

We continue to work hand in hand with Boot Campaign, supporting their mission. 🇺🇲 🧠 🫀 💪 🇺🇲
