Most need a combination of therapies to meet their goals.
Adjusting alone won’t get you there.
Massage alone won’t get you there.
Strength training alone won’t get you there.
You need a combo; and what’s more is EVERYONE is DIFFERENT. Different people need to focus on different things in order to get better.
Aside from the video - people might need help with sleep, diet, supplementation, and lab work to get a fuller picture of what’s going on.
