From 0 to 5… not everyone was a fan, but everyone showed up and got better.

Huge congrats to all of our CFBS athletes who took on HYROX Houston this past weekend. 👏
We are so proud of each of you for stepping up, embracing the challenge, and proving what is possible when you choose to do hard things. That is what it is all about. 💪
CrossFit continues to be such a strong foundation. The strength, engine, grit, and mental toughness built in the gym carries over far beyond a one hour class and this weekend was proof of that.
You all showed that training with purpose builds the confidence to say yes to big challenges. We hope your effort inspires others to get outside their comfort zone, trust their training, and challenge themselves in new ways too.
