Livestream Neuro Articular Regenerative Kinetics (N.A.R.K.) for the head, neck, and jaw workshop yesterday from Knoxville TN was amazing! Moved the sofas out of the way, set up a massage table in my livingroom, and screen-shared to the 75” flatscreen with surround sound—it felt like my massage bestie Brenda and I were there in person! 🤷🏼‍♂️ Thank you Paul Kelly with Physiokinetix for providing me with some awesome tools to help those who suffer from cervical and orofacial pain.

So proud of this Wyoming Cowboy for putting in the work on my table last week at WAC! Jack also competed for Team USA at the Paralympics in Paris this past summer. When he got off my table, he said he felt 2 inches taller, and it was also the best he’s ever felt! I was honored to be part of his journey! GO POKES!

Finally sharing some amazing moments from the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) swimming and diving championships in Houston last week! 🏊‍♂️✨ It was a busy week working with the Wyoming Cowboys, but after 10 years of being part of this conference, I wouldn’t expect anything less! Huge shoutout to the coaches and the team for placing their trust in me to have their backs and for being open-minded about incorporating Physiokinetix Therapy techniques into their sport massage sessions.

DAY TWO of the Mountain West Swimming & Diving Championships! Using Physiokinetix shotgun techniques to correct shoulder imbalances for one of our swimmers. I also implemented calf, ankle, and foot strengthening techniques to help improve balance and coordination for one of our divers. In full support of my Cowgirls, I even wore my swim goggles to the pool today. 💛🤠🤎🥽

Day one of the Mountain West Swimming and Diving Championships is underway! 🏊‍♀️ It feels amazing to be back with the University of Wyoming after missing out last year due to my scooter accident and recovery. I'm working with the women's team this week and the men's team next week. Shout-out to my Cowgirls for trusting me to have their backs and incorporating some Physiokinetix techniques into their sports massages. GO POKES!

Because You Never Get a Second Chance to Make a First Impression!

💼 Mondays might be my day off, but as a business owner, the hustle never truly stops! This afternoon, I dedicated some time to create literature packets about Massage Innovation, complete with my personal bio, to share with local businesses in the community.

I also had an exciting meeting with a residential community that could lead to incredible opportunities and connections! The future is looking bright, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. Remember, the sky’s the limit!
