Memorial Hearing We are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing impairments, tinnitus, as well as earwax removal using the unique Earigator machine. Medical Center.

We also provide custom earplug options for various reasons such as misophonia, shooting, snoring, swimming, etc. We have been in business in the Memorial area since 2009. We see a variety of patients, as young as 5 years old. Many offices may not take insurance when it comes to obtaining amplification- if you feel like you may have a hearing aid benefit, please let us know! Dr. Elly Pourasef completed her Bachelor of Science as well as Doctorate of Audiology degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been seeing patient’s since 2003 and loves what she does! She has a well-rounded experience in Audiology and has worked in many types of offices, including Ear, Nose, & Throat offices, Hospitals, as well as the V.A. She believes that one of the most important aspects of what she does is counseling, and taking the time to answer any questions or concerns that the patients might have. Since this is a private practice, Dr. Elly has the luxury of taking additional time if needed, so that the patient does not feel rushed. Dr. Crystal Wiggins has been practicing audiology in the Houston Metroplex area for many years. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree at Lamar University in 2007. Dr. Wiggins is Board Certified in Audiology, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech & Hearing Association. Dr. Wiggins is also a certificate holder in Tinnitus Management (CH-TM). Dr. Wiggins has a passion for assisting patients in a life-long journey of better hearing. She takes time to travel to countries such as Trinidad & Tobago and Guatemala to help those with hearing loss including helping with setting up audiology clinics in those underserved communities. Dr. Wiggins is here to help you hear better!

I, (Dr. Elly), witness my team going above and beyond for our patients on a daily basis. So much so that sometimes I just can’t believe how lucky I am to have such a great team. Yesterday, however, just took the cake. I heard them whispering and looking for something to stick a candle in. Kimberly, our wonderful office manager asked if she could pull some of our fresh flowers for a patient’s birthday and I said yes, of course. Next thing you know, we are singing happy birthday with a candle stuck inside of an orange and some flowers. The patient teared up, of course, but I would be lying if I wasn’t tearing up even harder. Blessed is an understatement. We love our patients so much, and I hope everyone sees what an amazing team we have ready to serve you and make your day just a little bit brighter. 🙏
